da inserire all'interno di una multinazionale del settore Energy Transition avente sede a Firenze.

Il ruolo richiede di utilizzare dati e analisi per guidare il processo decisionale, mantenendo un'attenzione costante alla semplificazione dei processi e alla precisione, garantendo al contempo una solida governance contabile e di controllo.

Il
Project Controller GTE
è una figura chiave all'interno del team Finance Equipment & Projects, che lavora a stretto contatto con il Project Management.

Il ruolo richiede l'utilizzo dei dati e dell'analisi per supportare le decisioni, con un focus continuo su semplificazione, accuratezza e rigorosa governance dei controlli.

Responsabilità principali

In qualità di
Project Controller GTE
, sarai responsabile di:

  • Collaborare con i Project Manager per garantire la governance e il controllo dei costi di progetto
  • Guidare le
    Project Margin Review
    per definire il margine di progetto ai fini del riconoscimento dei ricavi
  • Valutare esposizioni, rischi e opportunità nelle stime di costo e determinare la necessità di eventuali accantonamenti specifici
  • Effettuare analisi di varianza dettagliate rispetto a budget e benchmark per identificare opportunità di produttività
  • Contribuire a progetti strategici di digitalizzazione e semplificazione come leader o membro del team (es. implementazione di sistemi, processi cross-funzionali, RPA)
  • Svolgere altre mansioni assegnate

Requisiti

  • Possedere una
    Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Amministrazione Aziendale, Contabilità o equivalente
  • Avere
    esperienza professionale di almeno due anni
    , preferibilmente in un team Finance di un'azienda multinazionale
  • Avere
    esperienza con sistemi finanziari
    (Oracle, OBEII)
  • Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Excel (obbligatoria)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
