Per Hotel Villa Bonelli, elegante struttura 3 stelle di 22 camere situata nel cuore di Fiesole, JADA HOTELS COLLECTION è alla ricerca di un/a Guest Service Agent da inserire nel team.

Requisiti fondamentali:

  • Esperienza, anche minima, in ambito alberghiero o turistico
  • Ottima conoscenza e fluente padronanza della lingua inglese
  • Attitudine positiva, capacità di gestione dell'ospite e problem solving
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità ad essere reperibile
  • Residenza nel circondario

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestione delle attività di accoglienza e front office
  • Assistenza e supporto agli ospiti durante il soggiorno
  • Gestione delle richieste e delle comunicazioni con gli altri reparti
  • Contributo attivo alla qualità complessiva dell'esperienza dell'ospite
