Join our dynamic team as a Content & Operations Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining backend operations and nurturing supplier partnerships. This role is an ideal fit for those who have a passion for padel and are keen to gain hands-on experience in account management, backend coordination, and digital platform operations. You'll be essential in supporting product management, engaging with suppliers, and contributing to platform development, all while working closely with our talented team and influential leaders in the padel industry.

Responsibilities

Supplier Relationship Support:

  • Help maintain communication with essential suppliers, including tournaments, academies, and resorts.
  • Assist the team in responding to supplier inquiries and ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.

Backend Product Management:

  • Aid in the upload and management of product listings on our platform.
  • Verify that product data (descriptions, pricing, images) remains accurate and current.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to collect necessary product information and assets.
  • Contribute to backend enhancements aimed at optimizing product management procedures.

Market Research and Learning:

  • Keep informed about the latest trends and developments within the padel industry.
  • Perform research to uncover new opportunities for supplier growth.
  • Deliver foundational insights to strengthen supplier relationships and enhance product offerings.

Event Support (Optional):

  • Engage in significant padel events and tournaments, whether virtually or on-site (if applicable).
  • Support networking initiatives to establish new supplier partnerships.
Requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of backend processes and product management tools.
  • Competence in utilizing spreadsheets and digital platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Trello).
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Passion for Padel:

  • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in the sport of padel.
  • Basic familiarity with the sport or a readiness to learn quickly.

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, IT, or a similar discipline.

Experience (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Prior internship experience in account management, product management, or backend positions is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital tools or platforms related to product management is preferred.

  • Highly self-driven and demonstrates a proactive mindset.
  • Eager to learn and embrace new challenges.
