Overseas Technical Support Engineer (Based in Italy)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of products in the Southern Europe region;

  2. Handle common customer complaints and urgent technical issues, and be able to manage most non-standard situations;

  3. Independently conduct on-site technical training for distributors and installers;

  4. Carry out basic competitor information collection and customer needs research, and document findings accordingly;

  5. Support marketing activities such as exhibitions and roadshows as arranged by the company, including on-site product demonstrations, technical Q&A, and customer communication to facilitate market expansion.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields;

  2. Experience in the new energy industry or technical support/service roles is preferred;

  3. Fluent in both Italian and English as working languages;

  4. Italian driving license preferred; able to adapt to short-term business travel;

  5. Practical, reliable, patient, and with a strong sense of customer service.
