Your Role
We are searching for a dedicated
SAP FI-CO Application Specialist
to support the alignment of IT strategy with business strategy, focusing on Finance, Controlling and Industrial areas. This role involves close interaction with business stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services.

Your Impact

  • Assist in aligning IT strategy with business strategy by supporting the SAP Competence Center.
  • Manage and support the application portfolio mainly on SAP Finance & Controlling.
  • Provide first-level support for SAP applications, focusing on Finance & Controlling processes.
  • Support the recommendation and appointment of external resources when internal capacity is exceeded.
  • Work with application analysts in support of day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions, defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers.
  • Document and recommend improvements for how the ERP application integrates with other applications and interfaced systems.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of application systems.
  • Monitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application support or a related field
  • Deep knowledge in SAP customizing modules FI (AP, AR, AA and G/L, TR), RAR module is a plus, CO (COPA, Product costing, PS), FM are a plus
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP is a must
  • Strong business acumen and good proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and solving application issues
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other applications
  • Proficient English both written and oral
  • Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications
  • Previous experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration
  • System Integration consulting experience is a plus
