• Gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and training and development.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
• Help with data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.
• Collaborate on projects related to talent management and development.
• Provide project management support to the HR team on talent, culture, and engagement.

You're the perfect fit if:

• You're available for 5 to 6 months starting 23rd February or 2nd March 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).
• You are registered at a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Law;
• You are fluent in English (including writing and speaking).
• You have basic skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• You show ownership, initiative, and a proactive personality.
• You are a strong communicator and team player with an interest in HR.
