Ruolo

  • Gestirai la
    comunicazione e il marketing
    del gruppo: social media, community, campagne digitali, email e newsletter.
  • L'obiettivo: costruire una
    comunicazione autentica e costante
    , che ispiri fiducia e movimento — favorendo
    fidelizzazione e crescita
    .

Responsabilità principali

  • Ideare e sviluppare la
    strategia di comunicazione
    , con obiettivi di crescita sia organica che a pagamento.
  • Gestire e far crescere i
    canali social
    (Facebook, Instagram) e quelli istituzionali (Google My Business, LinkedIn).
  • Creare
    piani editoriali
    e contenuti autentici e coerenti con i valori del brand.
  • Coordinare la produzione di
    user generated content (UGC)
    e attività di
    community management
    .
  • Gestire
    campagne pubblicitarie
    su Meta Ads e Google Ads.
  • Strutturare e implementare
    campagne email
    .
  • Coordinare il
    redesign delle landing page
    e la produzione di materiali promozionali, anche non digitali.

Competenze richieste

  • Esperienza
    orizzontale
    in
    comunicazione e marketing digitale
    .
  • Padronanza di
    Meta Business Manager
    e
    Google Ads
    .
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti di
    automazione, messaggistica
    (WhatsApp Business, ManyChat, ecc.) ed
    email marketing
    .
  • Ottime capacità di
    scrittura e storytelling
    .
  • Familiarità con
    strategie di Growth Hacking
    e strumenti basati su
    Intelligenza Artificiale
    .
  • Attitudine positiva, organizzata, autonoma, proattiva e orientata ai risultati.
  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa in
    agenzie di comunicazione/marketing
    e/o
    startup
    .
  • Si prediligono persone con
    esperienza trasversale nel campo della comunicazione & marketing
    , piuttosto che singole verticali in campi specifici.
