What you will do:
As an Italian speaking Operational Risk specialist with experience in managing manufacturing and/or heavy industry operations, you will support our teams in the assessment and auditing of client sites as well as the delivery of coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioural change in the approach to process and work place safety.

Please note - this vacancy is not suitable for candidates with Operational Risk Management experience within financial services. We require experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or mining.

Job Requirements
Who are you?
As a freelance subject matter expert, you can hit the ground running with complex safety projects with a demonstrable track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. You will also

  • Hold a Master's degree in Engineering / HSE / Business
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management & Workplace safety training.
  • Have expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or Utilities sectors
  • Have experience in the management of change and embedding a safety culture
  • Be fluent in Italian
  • Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset willing to develop expertise in safety and operations management
  • You will be interested in working on a freelance basis, able to work on short and long-term projects without any guarantees of further work.
