We are hiring an Industrial Director (m./f.).

Location : Amiens (France), Piossasco (Italy).

How will you make a difference?

- Your scope will have a transversal role and support Brakes & Couplers Division: 9 plants, circa 1 000 people.

- You will support VP operations in productivity management, layout evolution, and technology transfer.

- You will drive industrial performance, OPEX, CAPEX, and variances ensuring budget targets are delivered.

- You will manage manufacturing sites workload and execute Technology Transfer (ToT) and Production Transfer (ToP).

- You will interface with Product Line.

- You will Deploy Lean, Digitization and Sustainability program, so that manufacturing sites in your scope deliver best-in-class service.

What do we want to know about you?

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing,

- Mandatory experience in managing a department (production, quality, supply chain, …) or in managing a manufacturing site,

- Hands-on, interpersonal skills, ability to drive multiple projects and to meet deadlines, ability to drive and motivate others.

What will your typical day look like?

- Drive industrial performance,

- Continuous Improvement,

- Workload & Resources Management,

- Interface with Product Line,

- Manage Industrial KPI's.
