In qualità di Account Manager Surgical per la Sardegna a supporto del nostro Team Chirurgico, avrai la responsabilità di fornire dimostrazioni, servizi e materiali di consumo per le attrezzature Cataract e VitRet presso le sedi dei clienti. Sarai il punto di riferimento durante l'intero processo di demo, nonchè di formazione di tutte le figure Surgical, rendendole indipendenti nell'ulizzo degli equipment nel post vendita. In collaborazione con le altre figure di territorio sarai inoltre responsabile dell'introduzione di nuove tecnologie per tutti macchinari ed i device che Alcon introduce sul mercato.
I candidati devono risiedere in Sardegna.
La giornata tipo include:
- Guidare le performance di vendita delle attrezzature Cataract e VitRet, oltre ai consumabili VitRet, presso i principali account
- Collaborare con gli Account Manager e il Technical Service per gestire le demo e chiudere le opportunità commerciali
- Sviluppare ed eseguire piani account per clienti cataract e clienti VitRet, mappando decision maker e stakeholder
- Fornire supporto end-to-end ai clienti al momento della vendita, coordinandosi con ruoli specialistici per offrire soluzioni basate sul valore
- Generare domanda attraverso vendita consulenziale, eventi locali e conversioni competitive, monitorando l'attività dei concorrenti
Cosa puoi portare in Alcon:
- Laurea universitaria o qualifica equivalente
- 3–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli a contatto con il cliente in ambito chirurgico o dispositivi medici (preferibilmente oftalmologia)
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e costruzione di relazioni, con forte orientamento al cliente
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, in modo proattivo e collaborativo all'interno di un'organizzazione strutturata con resilienza e determinazione
