Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic Process and Data Automation Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This key role will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for business processes and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to optimize operations, enhance data integrity, and accelerate business value through automation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive process and data automation strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identifingy high-impact automation opportunities by analyzing current business processes and data flows across various departments.
• Staying abreast of emerging automation technologies and recommending their strategic adoption.

Process Automation:

• Leading the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Workimg closely with business stakeholders to understand pain points, document 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes and define clear success metrics for automation.
• Ensuring automation solutions are scalable, robust, and adhere to best practices and governance standards.

Data Automation:

• Designing, building, and maintaining automated data processes to integrate disparate data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Implementing solutions for automated data validation, cleansing, and transformation to support analytics, reporting, and operational systems.
• Collaborating with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to automate data ingestion, processing, and delivery for advanced insights.

Project Management and Governance:

• Managing automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives.
• Establishing and enforcing automation governance frameworks, including documentation standards, change management, and performance monitoring (KPIs, ROI).
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure compliance and data privacy.

Requirements

• Excellent programming skills in at least one relevant language (e.g., Python, C#, Java) with a strong emphasis on scripting for automation and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change, and quickly adapt to new challenges
• Proactive and innovative mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
