Program Manager - Settore Aeronautico (Interiors)

Descrizione del ruolo:

Siamo alla ricerca di un Program Manager esperto e motivato da inserire nel nostro team, per gestire e coordinare programmi complessi nel settore aeronautico, in particolare nel campo degli Interiors. La persona selezionata sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di programma, del rispetto delle tempistiche, dei costi e della qualità del prodotto, oltre a gestire la comunicazione tra le funzioni aziendali e il cliente.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di programma, definendoli in modo chiaro e aggiornandoli costantemente per rispondere alle esigenze aziendali e del cliente;
  • Garantire che i target di tempo, costi e qualità vengano rispettati secondo quanto concordato con il cliente e le parti interne;
  • Gestire e facilitare la comunicazione tra le funzioni interne, assicurando che l'informazione venga trasmessa in modo efficace sia al cliente che tra i team interni;
  • Rispondere prontamente e in modo efficace alle esigenze del cliente, assicurando che i tempi di risposta e le aspettative siano rispettati.
  • Collaborare con il management nella definizione delle linee guida dei programmi, nella pianificazione delle attività e risorse, e nel monitoraggio dei costi (budget).

Requisiti obbligatori:

  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2);
  • Competenze avanzate negli applicativi Office, in particolare Microsoft Project;
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare saltuariamente in Europa e all'estero.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Capacità di lavorare in contesti multiculturali e con team internazionali;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team, con particolare attenzione al coordinamento di risorse e attività;
  • Esperienza nel settore aeronautico, in particolare nell'ambito degli Interiors.
