In qualità di Assistant Events & Group Manager, supporterai l'Events Manager nel garantire un servizio eccezionale e personalizzato a tutti gli ospiti, assicurando che ogni evento rifletta l'eccellenza e l'attenzione ai dettagli che contraddistinguono la nostra struttura nel rispetto degli standard di qualità.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestire tutta la corrispondenza e le comunicazioni telefoniche con gli ospiti, nel pieno rispetto degli standard di servizio e delle procedure operative stabilite.
  • Coordinare e confermare i servizi richiesti
  • Gestire in modo proattivo le richieste dei clienti, collaborando con il Food & Beverage Manager per gli aspetti ristorativi e con il Front Office Manager per i servizi del Rooms Division.
  • Supervisionare tutte le attività amministrative legate alle vendite, come la preparazione e l'invio dei contratti, la creazione e distribuzione dei Banquet Event Orders.
  • Garantire la perfetta realizzazione di matrimoni ed eventi di gruppo, promuovendo e vendendo con competenza la location e i servizi del reparto banqueting, in stretta collaborazione con il team Food & Beverage.
  • Assicurare che tutti gli eventi organizzati in hotel rispettino costantemente i più alti standard di qualità e soddisfazione degli ospiti.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: a partire da €1.500,00 al mese
