Importante gruppo industriale, con solida presenza sul mercato e un ambiente dinamico e collaborativo, ricerca un/una Addetto Customer Service appartenente alle Categorie Protette (art.1 L.68/99) per il potenziamento del team dedicato al supporto clienti.

PosizioneAttività principali

  • Inserimento e monitoraggio ordini clienti;
  • Gestione documentale e anagrafiche;
  • Gestione resi e reclami, emissione note di credito;
  • Coordinamento con trasportatori, agenti e uffici interni;
  • Partecipazione a progetti di miglioramento dei processi operativi.

Requisiti

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette (art.1 L.68/99);
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2/3 anni in ruoli di Customer Service o Back Office commerciale, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o industriali;
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Excel, ERP/SAP o similari);
  • Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo economico;
  • Precisione, problem solving e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.

  • Orario di lavoro: 8.30–12.30 / 13.30–17.30
  • Smart working: 1 giorno a settimana

  • Bonus: fino al 10,6% complessivo sulla RAL, composto da:
  • Bonus individuale legato agli obiettivi personali: 0–6%
  • Premio aziendale: 4,6%

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €28.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
