Recruitment Duties
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize and participate in mass recruitment activities for pre-opening hotel projects.
- Assist in hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state laws and company policies and standards.
General Activities
- Prepare Weekly Commitment to Quality.
- Update Birthdays list, organizing cards and gifts, birthday parties.
- Prepare materials for Orientations for new hires.
- Assist in other special HR Projects, such as Cross Training Calendar, Monthly team building activities, Grooming Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Medical Examinations.
- Create flyers and PPT to promote all HR new activities.
- Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
- Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property.
- Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Administration Duties
- Handle casual workers communications to Italian Government.
- Keep HR files updated through an adequate filing system.
- Keep track of badges, pins, keys and lockers, which are given out to staff.
- Assist in finalizing fire and first aid trainings.
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when taking care of various activities at the same time (multitasking).

Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
