A new challenge
Recruitment Duties

  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help organize and participate in mass recruitment activities for pre-opening hotel projects.
  • Assist in hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state laws and company policies and standards.

General Activities

  • Prepare Weekly Commitment to Quality.
  • Update Birthdays list, organizing cards and gifts, birthday parties.
  • Prepare materials for Orientations for new hires.
  • Assist in other special HR Projects, such as Cross Training Calendar, Monthly team building activities, Grooming Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Medical Examinations.
  • Create flyers and PPT to promote all HR new activities.
  • Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property.
  • Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Administration Duties

  • Handle casual workers communications to Italian Government.
  • Keep HR files updated through an adequate filing system.
  • Keep track of badges, pins, keys and lockers, which are given out to staff.
  • Assist in finalizing fire and first aid trainings.
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when taking care of various activities at the same time (multitasking).
