Job Description
Mission: animate and support the execution of local marketing & communication initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across multiple channels and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing local marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create engaging content for trade media and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Support the production of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email newsletters, and promotional content
- Coordinate with local media outlets, vendors, and community partners for advertising and promotional opportunities
- Help organize and promote local events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization
- Maintain the local marketing comm. calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activities
- Assist with photography and basic video content creation for marketing purposes
- Respond to local customer inquiries through social media and other communication channels
Qualifications
Requirements & qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in local language
- Fluency in English is a must, Spanish or French is considered a plus
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative mindset with enthusiasm for storytelling and brand building
- Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn
- Excellent cooperation, listening & capacity to synthesize
- Teamwork & Transversal group working ability
- Strong understanding of the Customer & Market orientation
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across various departments
- Willingness to travel to work directly with sales teams and understand the local market
