Right now, we're expanding our market reach and impact across Italy and looking for operations consultants who can help us transform our clients and work as part of high-performing project teams on large, complex transformational work programmes. As a valued member of our client engagement project teams, you will be pivotal in spearheading key work streams and working with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You'll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients' employees.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams executing complex tasks and leading work streams

• Contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals and solutions design as well as participating in client business development meetings

• Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, and performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence or environmental sustainability

• Actively engage with clients through meetings and interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement practical solutions

• Analyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions and lead the development of high-quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements

• Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, DILOS

• Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites.

You can be based anywhere in Italy but be available to travel up to 80% of the week to any of our client sites across Italy and further afield.

Who are you today?

Ideally, you will have a degree/master's degree in engineering or a business-related field, coupled with prior consulting experience and/or work experience in health and safety/operational risk. You will have gained experience working within project teams and leading project workstreams.

Key to this role is your ability to demonstrate adaptability and thrive within diverse and remote consultant teams, consistently achieving business and client objectives. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

The role demands exceptional analytical and formalisation skills, adept in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities.
