Operations & Project Coordinator – Retail Real Estate
.

Location: Milan

Your New Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Italy, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and operational teams, ensuring smooth office operations and effective project coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as part of the support team at Milan HQ, providing expertise to assist the General Manager and portfolio teams.
  • Planning, preparing, and executing various events and meetings.
  • Coordinating with investors and tenants, preparing appointments, presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Handling office management tasks such as procurement, travel arrangements, and IT support.
  • Collaborating with external professional firms to ensure continuous communication, high-quality services, and compliance with Italian regulations.
  • Optimizing internal processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitoring contractual expenses, managing amendments, and evaluating contract performance.
  • Supporting small projects in collaboration with other departments.
  • Supervising accounting operations and monitoring external collaborators' performance.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Completed university degree or currently in the final phase of studies, ideally in business administration, real estate management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exposure to budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Experience in the retail real estate sector would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and good Knowledge of the German language.
