For The Development Of The Vessel And Construction Operations Management, We Are Looking For a Spread Superintendent Pipeline Supporting In The Following Tasks

• Ensure the direction of the project pipeline construction activities, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, supervising multidisciplinary construction works, according to contract requirements and project objectives for the assigned spread. Ensure that time, costs, quality and safety targets are met, through direct coordination and management of a project construction team, interfacing with project organization, subcontractors and clients
• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
• Ensure the set-up of detailed schedules for works carried out directly and works handled by subcontractors, solving contingent problems on site and optimizing the use of materials, works team and available materials
• Coordinate all interdisciplinary field works on site, su pervising all disciplines of construction and assembly works
• Analyze all information regarding the progress of the work, indicating the causes of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems
• Ensure the progress data gathering and analysis in order to prepare the work progress reports. Give technical support for the correct quantities accounts of the works, monitoring production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity
• Manage the interfaces with the Client for all the matters relevant to construction activities
• Coordinate the execution of multidisciplinary construction activities and manage activities assigned to subcontractors, providing the guidelines for the execution of the works and monitoring the adequacy of manpower and equipment to face the construction activities
• Ensure the achievement of the established construction milestones, including the mechanical completion objectives, in the assigned area
• Ensure and coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of the assigned resources, in accordance with the project planned time frame and project needs
• Support the management of interfaces with engineering departments for drawings and materials availability
• Ensure t he implementation of recovery plans, if needed, including the replanning of the activities and the reassignment of the scope of work to the subcontractors, or intervening with direct hiring personnel
• Ensure the implementation of temporary construction facilities

QUALIFICATION:
High school diploma minimum

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:
Good knowledge of English both written and spoken (at least B2)

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP:
Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
5-10
