Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe

Reporting to Head of Product

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all Jira administration, including workflows, schemes, screens, fields, permissions, and configuration.

  • Implement and maintain automation rules, integrations, and Confluence/Jira connections to streamline processes.

  • Standardise Jira usage across brands, ensuring consistent structures, naming conventions, and governance.

  • Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy by designing clean fields, statuses, and reporting schemas.

  • Support all teams with workflow improvements and Jira best practices.

  • Manage Jira Service Management forms, intake processes, and cross-team request flows.

  • Create and maintain documentation for workflows, governance, templates, and platform standards.

  • Train teams on Jira usage and onboard new employees into a standardised process.

  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Atlassian ecosystem.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Jira Administrator or Atlassian specialist in a multi-team environment.

  • Strong knowledge of workflows, custom fields, screens, permission schemes, issue types, and governance.

  • Experience building advanced automation rules and working with Jira Service Management & Confluence.

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery processes and team structures.

  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyse operational problems and translate them into scalable Jira solutions.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Design, and Operations and C-Level.

  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and data-driven process optimisation.
