Product Owner:

Siamo alla ricerca di un* Product Owner che coordini il team di sviluppo e rappresenti il principale punto di contatto tecnico verso il cliente. Il ruolo prevede la gestione di progetti in ambito retail, con attività di analisi funzionale presso il cliente e coordinamento di sviluppatori prevalentemente da remoto.

Responsabilità principali

Gestione e coordinamento di team di sviluppo software (attività, priorità, qualità delle delivery)

Interfaccia tecnica e funzionale con il cliente

Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti di business in ambito retail

Supporto al cliente nelle fasi di analisi, avviamento e ottimizzazione dei processi

Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento dei progetti e gestione delle criticità

Collaborazione continua con stakeholder interni ed esterni

Requisiti

Esperienza nella gestione di team di sviluppo software

Solida conoscenza dei processi retail (punto vendita, supply chain, promozioni, pricing, loyalty, omnicanalità)

Capacità di analisi funzionale e comprensione delle esigenze del cliente

Familiarità con le seguenti tecnologie: C#, React, SQL

Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di cassa e dei sistemi POS.

Padronanza dei concetti di Clienteling e delle dinamiche di vendita assistita.

Familiarità con strumenti di gestione del backlog (es. Jira)
