Per un'importante realtà industriale operante nel settore food, ricerchiamo un/una

Responsabile di Produzione.

La figura avrà la responsabilità di coordinare le attività produttive dello stabilimento, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi in termini di efficienza, qualità e sicurezza.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestione operativa dei reparti produttivi, pianificazione delle attività e supervisione dei team di lavoro;
  • Coordinamento con le funzioni Qualità, Manutenzione e Supply Chain per garantire continuità ed efficienza del processo produttivo;
  • Monitoraggio dei KPI produttivi e implementazione di azioni di miglioramento continuo;
  • Gestione e sviluppo del personale di produzione, promuovendo una cultura orientata alla sicurezza e alla qualità;
  • Contributo ai progetti di ottimizzazione dei processi e all'introduzione di nuove tecnologie.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea o diploma tecnico;
  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, maturata in contesti produttivi del settore food o affini;
  • Buone capacità di leadership, organizzazione e gestione del team;
  • Attitudine al miglioramento continuo e orientamento ai risultati.
