About the Role

Aurélien is searching for a Production Manager to manage and scale our growing supply chain across ready-to-wear, footwear, knitwear, and accessories. As Production Manager, you will be fully responsible for the sourcing, sampling, planning, and delivery of all products – working closely with design, development, and our trusted manufacturing partners.

Production Manager is a senior-level, high-responsibility role. You will need to bring your own network of reliable, high-quality suppliers across Italy and Portugal, and you must know how to move between creative ideas and production realities without compromising quality or deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage production for all categories: footwear, RTW, knitwear, accessories
• Serve as the key link between design, development, and manufacturing
• Source and manage suppliers – with a preference for Italy and Portugal
• Organize the full sampling and pre-production process
• Lead production planning: capacity, timelines, pricing, and delivery dates
• Negotiate costs and ensure margin targets are met
• Monitor quality and consistency at all stages – sampling, bulk, and delivery
• Track all deliveries and logistics with absolute precision

What You Bring Us

• 5+ years of experience managing fashion production for luxury or premium brands
• Strong personal network of suppliers, factories, and ateliers in Italy and Portugal
• Fluent in product development across multiple categories
• Proven ability to handle tight timelines and complex seasonal calendars
• You speak the language of both design and manufacturing fluently
• Travel flexibility to visit factories, resolve issues, and inspect quality in person
• Extreme attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism
