We are looking an experienced and passionate Senior Creative Strategist with a strong grasp of social platforms, a sharp creative mindset, and the ability to lead high-impact projects in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with frequent business travel. For this reason, the ideal candidate is based in Northern Italy.

Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will oversee end-to-end project management for clients across multiple verticals.

The role includes overseeing the full strategic and creative pipeline - from market and trend research to creative and content strategy development. It is also a client-facing position, guiding the creative strategy process from pitching through production.

You will work closely with senior leadership, play a central role in shaping the creative output of the agency, and help mentor more junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of both English and Italian
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Deep passion for social media culture - especially TikTok and emerging platforms
  • A highly creative mindset with the ability to craft innovative strategies inspired by cultural trends and social conversations
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
  • A minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience
    in creative strategy, content creation, or digital communication
  • Experience in a creative agency is preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting; highly responsible, organized, and self-driven

Key Activities

  • Oversee the creative strategy and provide support for the creative direction of brands across multiple verticals
  • Oversee creative production: video production workflows, on-set support, and coordination with graphic and video teams for post-production
  • Develop creative ideas, respond to briefs, build advertising concepts, conduct market research, and produce analytical and performance reports
  • Coordinate trend reporting across social and digital channels
  • Lead pitching processes and inter-agency competitive presentations; develop workshops for clients and partners
  • Build high-quality presentations in Canva/PPT, as well as Excel worksheets and project documentation
