Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Coordinator located in Avellino. The Project Coordinator will manage project schedules, oversee timelines, and coordinate team activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing communications between teams, assisting in budgeting and resource allocation, and identifying potential roadblocks. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination, Scheduling, and Resource Management skills
- Strong Communication, Team Management, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Organizational and Documentation skills
- Ability to identify and resolve project-related challenges effectively
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Previous experience in real estate or investment management is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
