Sneaker Maker Intern

The Sneaker Maker Intern will actively support the Co-creation Manager within the Marghera Haus, focusing on the transformation of GG items into distinctive, personalized pieces. This position is a gateway to learning the core values and techniques central to our personalized service model, all within the creative environment of the Haus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the booking and scheduling of online co-creation appointments with clients
• Assist the senior Sneaker Maker in executing personalized customization requests, employing various drawing, illustration, and application techniques on GG products.
• Learn and apply the specific techniques and quality standards required to infuse the GG brand identity into co-created items consistently and respectfully.
• Maintain the co-creation tools and workstation in optimal working conditions, adhering to the standards of cleanliness and organization within the Atelier.
• Develop a deep understanding of GG products and materials to effectively select and apply customization methods.
• Support the operational flow of the customization process, including preparing items for customization and final quality control checks.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and operational standards within the Atelier/Haus environment.
• Effectively utilize internal IT and digital tools (e.g., for tracking orders, inventory) to support and enhance business processes.

• Proficiency or quick adaptability to digital tools.
• A proactive problem solver who approaches tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Flexibility and Adaptability to learn new techniques and adjust to evolving project needs.
• Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is considered a plus
