With thirty years of experience, which started with Diesel Kid and grew with the junior line of Dsquared2, Marni Kids and most recent N21 Kid fashion brand, Brave Kid has become a global leader in the childrenswear market, capable of interpreting each brand's unique identity, and transforming it into high-quality collections.

Thanks to a structure based primarily on highly qualified specialists, particularly in design and product development, Brave Kid promotes and respects the uniqueness of each brand, transforming it in junior collections that reflect it, and at the same time providing its partners an incredible know-how in distribution and, more broadly, in the worldwide kidswear market.

The brands produced and sold by Brave Kid are distributed in over 50 countries and 1,000 points of sale in key department stores and leading specialized stores across Europe, America and Asia.

Already counting on a strong wholesale distribution base, the company is studying the retail development of some of the brands it manages, to further establish their presence and visibility all around the world.

 

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio Pianificazione della Produzione e affiancherà il team nelle attività di programmazione e controllo dei cicli produttivi, contribuendo a garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard qualitativi.

Attività principali:

  • Supportare la pianificazione della produzione sulla base degli ordini clienti, delle collezioni e delle priorità commerciali;
  • Collaborare con il reparto acquisti e i fornitori per assicurare la disponibilità dei materiali nei tempi previsti;
  • Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento della produzione (interno ed esterno) e aggiornare i sistemi gestionali;
  • Analizzare eventuali criticità (ritardi, scarti, carenze materiali) e proporre azioni correttive;
  • Predisporre report di produzione e supportare la definizione dei KPI di efficienza e puntualità;
  • Gestire la documentazione tecnica e le distinte base in collaborazione con l'ufficio tecnico;
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea o laureando/a in Ingegneria gestionale, Economia o discipline affini;
  • Interesse per il settore moda e per i processi produttivi;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e attitudine al lavoro in team;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
