La persona che stiamo è un "Hands-on Architect": qualcuno che ama ancora scrivere codice di alta qualità, ma il cui valore aggiunto risiede nella capacità di progettare sistemi complessi, far crescere le persone attorno a sé e gestire stakeholder non tecnici.

Hard Skill:

  • Backend: Padronanza di .NET (6/7/8) e C#. Esperienza profonda nello sviluppo di API REST performanti e gestione dell'asincronia.
  • Database: Ottimizzazione query (EF Core) e gestione dati in contesti distribuiti
  • Frontend: Solida conoscenza di Angular moderno (RxJS, State Management/NgRx, performance tuning).
  • Esperienza comprovata con Microservizi e relativi pattern (API Gateway, Circuit Breaker/Polly, Event-driven).
  • Applicazione pratica di DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CQRS e pattern Mediator.
  • Principi SOLID e Clean Code.
  • Infrastruttura & DevOps: Conoscenza di pipeline CI/CD, containerizzazione (Docker/Kubernetes) e cloud (Azure preferenziale)

Soft skill:

Guida tecnica di un team agile, mentoring di sviluppatori junior/mid

Capacità di bilanciare eccellenza tecnica e pragmaticità di business

Capacità di tradurre requisiti di business in task tecnici

Disponibilità oraria: FULL - TIME

CCNL METALMECCANICO A TEMPO INDETERMINATO

RANGE RAL (da definire in fase di colloquio): fino a 47k
