Summer Camp Counselor

Labsitters is recruiting enthusiastic English-speaking Summer Camp Counselors to join our international team for Summer Camps in Florence starting in June 2026.

Our camps welcome children aged 3–13 years and combine sports, arts, creative play, and immersive English language learning in a fun and supportive environment.

Camp Schedule

Camps run mid-June to mid-September, in line with the Italian school holiday calendar

Short pause in mid-August

Flexible availability – counselors select the weeks they wish to work in advance

Who We're Looking For

Fluent English speakers (native-level pronunciation preferred)

Energetic, responsible, and confident leading group activities

Enjoyment of physical activity, sports, and active play with children

Comfortable using English naturally through games, sports, and creative activities

Requirements

Valid documentation to work in Italy

Availability during the summer camp period

Experience with children ages 3 to 13 (teaching, babysitting, mini/junior club entertainers, summer camp counselors)

Preferred but Not Required

TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or other English-teaching certifications

Background in education, childcare, sports, arts, or language learning
