Job Description

As Finance Intern, you will control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling Monthly Expenses Reports of MSXI employee. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing employee expenses
  • Creating monthly supplier payment batches
  • Supporting employees on travel expenses issues
  • Supporting the Financial Officer in preparing reports
Qualifications
  • Standard office equipment knowledge including computerized systems to track expenses
  • Deadline-Oriented, problem solving, attention to details, verbal  communication skills
  • Experience in data entry, Excel
  • Accounting, Audit, Statistical Analysis, Business Knowledge
  • English (good knowledge)
