Role & Responsibilities

As part of the R&D validation department, you will be responsible for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing on home appliance products:

  • Perform EMC/EMI testing in a dedicated laboratory
  • Create and execute test plans and procedures according to relevant standards
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports
  • Support investigation and root-cause analysis activities
  • Ensure proper functionality of measurement systems and test equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (electronics, mechanics…)
  • Ensure compliance with Electrolux & regulatory quality standards


Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of
    EMC standards & requirements
  • EMI/EMC testing
    and troubleshooting experience
  • HW board testing
  • Good understanding of
    electrical & electronic components
  • Ability to interpret test data and results


Desired Skills

  • Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear technical reporting & documentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset in an international environment


Profile

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Professional level of English required
  • Hands-on experience in testing laboratories
