Key Account Manager Transplant - Lazio:
Principali attività
Garantire il raggiungimento dei target di vendita stabiliti dall'Azienda.
Mantenere il portafoglio clienti attivo esistente.
Ampliare il portafoglio clienti promuovendo l'immagine e i prodotti dell'Azienda.
Assicurare costante e elevata soddisfazione del cliente.
In sinergia con l'ufficio gare e con il supporto del Marketing, definire la proposta commerciale più adatta da presentare al cliente.
Fornire informazioni per la preparazione del budget di vendita della propria Area.
Promuovere giornate/eventi scientifici per rafforzare l'immagine aziendale.
Effettuare analisi e mappatura dei competitor.
Raccogliere dati sulle esigenze di mercato per migliorare il posizionamento e la penetrazione dei prodotti.
Organizzare dimostrazioni per i clienti con il supporto degli Specialist di vendita o del Marketing.
Fornire all'Area Manager tutte le informazioni rilevanti per definire offerte e/o strategie per il portafoglio clienti.
Aggiornare il CRM con i dati dei clienti e gli strumenti (es. V. Prompter) dedicati alle attività di vendita.

Livello minimo di conoscenza richiesta per la posizione:
Formazione: Laurea in materie scientifiche (es. Biologia, Biochimica, Ingegneria Biomedica, ecc.)
Esperienza:
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Vendita o come Application Specialist in aziende IVD operanti in contesto internazionale;
Conoscenza delle normative e gestione delle gare;
Conoscenza del Mercato/Clienti/Area/Competitor;
Conoscenza dell'organizzazione aziendale (ruoli, processi, ecc.)
Competenze aggiuntive:
Conoscenze di base di Marketing;
SAP;
Microsoft Office 365.
Lingue:
Italiano madrelingua;
Inglese livello B2/C1.
Sede di lavoro: Lazio
Lavoro in field: fino al 90%
