Take Off is a B2B trading company specializing in the distribution of fashion ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, and home décor off-price products, proudly committed to fostering sustainability in the fashion ecosystem.

Our core business is sourcing excess inventory from world-renowned fashion brands and giving it a second life through traditional and digital sales channels.

Founded in 2015, Take Off has become the market leader in Eastern Europe, working with 250+ global brands and revaluing more than 24 million items.

Role

Join a fast-growing market leader and play a key role in shaping our international expansion. As a Sales Specialist, you'll build strong, long-term client partnerships and take full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.

What You'll Do

Grow the Business & Drive the Sales Cycle

  • Identify and convert new clients while expanding opportunities with existing customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and follow up
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable long-term partnerships
  • Deliver high-impact, tailored product presentations that highlight product value and differentiation
  • Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to position our assortments effectively
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records of interactions, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Track KPIs, pipeline status, and performance metrics to ensure consistent performance and growth

  • Work independently with accountability while collaborating effectively
  • Continuously develop your skills, supported by strong internal development structures

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Sales professional, Buyer, or in a similar commercial role — ideally within the fashion industry and the off-price market
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English is required; Italian and/or Russian are a strong advantage due to our core client markets
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta is a plus
