Lead GSC Initiative

Rafforzare il team Global Supply Chain Material al fine di identificare una risorsa con già background ed esperienza nella GSC per essere in grado di supportare e coordinare un team di lavoro,iniziare a costruire un forte piano di sviluppo per Long Term Strategy dell'Unità produttiva di riferimento.La risorsa sarà chiamata a costruire una strategia a lungo termine che porterà l'unità ad un +20% di aumento di volumi dei materiali/logistica e incremento della capacità produttiva ed efficienza produttiva.

Riepilogo del ruolo:

Lead GSC Initiative è responsabile della guida di iniziative e progetti nel team GSC al fine di migliorare la catena di fornitura e supportare il piano di miglioramento dell'unità produttiva.La risorsa supporterà operativamente l'Unità per il miglioramento dei KPI: produzione OTD, inventory, produzione Lead Time, produttività e attività correlate.

Responsabilità essenziali:

  • Lavorare su iniziative globali come PSR e inventory, linearità della spedizione, gestione materiali e kanban.
  • Supportare la pianificazione della sequenza critica in base al carico/capacità e al tempo di consegna del materiale.
  • Politica MRP: misura e migliora il processo di approviggionamento dei materiali per tenerli sotto controllo attraverso la corretta impostazione dei parametri MRP: scorte di sicurezza, quantità minime, dimensioni del lotto, tempi di consegna.
  • Promozione della consegna dei materiali in sequenza alla produzione (JIT) – Accordo di consegna, Inventory gestito dal fornitore.
  • Propone miglioramenti relativi ai flussi logistici interni.
  • Implementare strategie di miglioramento di stoccaggio del materiale verso il fornitore . Scorte tampone del fornitore, conto deposito, scorte avanzate del fornitore .
  • In collaborazione con il Team ufficio acquisti e riduzione delle parti mancanti/carenza nella produzione - logistica.
  • Bilanciare la delocalizzazione / localizzazione dei materiali
  • Effettuare analisi puntuali sul livello delle scorte in eccesso in base alle priorità SMI, Obsolete, Excess stock.

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale , Ingegneria Meccanica, Ingegneria Industriale o del prodotto
  • Significante esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili
  • Esperienza in attività di import / export e Logistica
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese ( eventuale ulteriore lingua europea sarà considerato un plus)
  • Essere in possesso delle seguenti certificazioni : Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black belt, Six Sigma e similari
  • Buona padronanza e conoscenza dei moduli SAP
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Buona predisposizione a lavorare in team e su progetto
  • Sede di lavoro : Noventa di Piave (VE)

Lead GSC Initiative

Strengthen the Global Supply Chain Material team in order to identify a resource with already background and experience in GSC to be able to support and coordinate a work team,
to start building a strong development plan for the Long Term Strategy of the business unit.
The resource will be called upon to build a long-term strategy that will lead the unit to a +20% increase in material/logistics volumes and an increase in production capacity and production efficiency.

Role Summary:

Lead GSC Initiative is responsible for leading initiatives and projects in the GSC team in order to improve the supply chain and support the production unit improvement plan.
The resource will operationally support the Unit for the improvement of KPIs: OTD production, inventory, Lead Time production, productivity and related activities.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Work on global initiatives such as PSR and inventory, shipping linearity, materials management and kanban.
  • Support critical sequence planning based on material load/capacity and lead time.
  • MRP policy: measure and improve the material procurement process to keep them under control through the correct setting of MRP parameters: safety stocks, minimum quantities, lot sizes, delivery times.
  • Promote delivery of materials in sequence to production (JIT) – Scheduling Agreement , Supplier Managed Inventory.
  • continuous improvement on logistic flow.
  • Implement strategies to improve material storage towards the supplier. Supplier buffer stocks, consignment, supplier advanced stocks.
  • In collaboration with the purchasing office team and reduction of missing parts/shortages in production - logistics.
  • Balance the delocalization/localization of materials
  • Carry out timely analyzes on the level of excess stock based on the priorities SMI, Obsolete, Excess stock.

Fundamental requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or Product Engineering
  • Significant previous experience in similar roles
  • Experience in import/export activities and in logistics
  • Good knowledge of the Italian language
  • Good command of the English language (any additional European language will be considered a plus)
  • Good command and knowledge of SAP modules
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Good predisposition to work in teams and on projects
  • Work location : Noventa di Piave (VE)
