For our offices in Rome, Milan and Turin we are looking for the following Network Engineers:

• Mobile Network Engineer
• Network Automation Engineer
• Network Virtualizzation Engineer

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implementation, and evolution of MVNO network infrastructures at client sites.
• Management of MNO/MVNO interoperability and OTA/RSP platforms for SIM/eSIM provisioning.
• Execution of drive tests and commissioning for new RAN sites.
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting using OSS/BSS and Element Manager systems.
• Analysis, design, and development of automation flows for network infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Definition and optimization of management and transformation processes through automated solutions.
• Development of automated validation and testing procedures for network reliability.
• Development of innovative network designs based on cloud and virtualization architectures.
• Execution of network assessments to identify criticalities and propose cloud/virtualized solutions for cost and management.
• Analysis, design, and development of end-to-end network automation solutions to reduce complexity and implementation times.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotic Engineering or Management Engineering.

Technical skills 

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, including configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deep knowledge of core network protocols and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Professional network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
• Experience with mobile network technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G).
• Proficiency in Nemo Handy, Wireshark, and Telco Asset Tools, plus knowledge of radio planning.
• Understanding of network virtualization technologies (SDN & NFV) and cloud computing models.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, containers (Docker), and virtual machines (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java) and versioning systems (Git).
• Experience with DevOps tools and a strong aptitude for testing (unit, integration, E2E).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a notable inclination for innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good proficiency in English.
