The Role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will join our R&D Mechanical Engineering team, designing and developing advanced mechanical and mechatronics systems that power the next generation of precision agriculture equipment.
You will work in a dynamic, collaborative and international environment where your ideas and contributions are valued and respected.
Key Responsibilities
Research, designing, and developing advanced mechanical and hydraulic fluid transfer systems for precision agriculture.
Drive innovation by ensuring that every product meets — and exceeds — quality expectations and industry standards throughout development and production.
Support continuous improvement, cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Excellent command of CAD tools and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
Strong experience in plastic injection-molded component design.
Solid knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Solid understanding of project management principles and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Experience with FEM simulation is a plus.
Intermediate level of English.
Proactive and versatile professional with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving creativity, and a hands-on approach—able to work independently or collaboratively in complex environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with a strong customer focus and eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in both technical and project activities.
