Job Description – Software Engineer

We are hiring a Software Engineer to build cloud-native systems, high-scale APIs, and real-time data pipelines.

If you love solving hard problems, owning end-to-end features, and shipping fast, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop
    scalable backend services
    (microservices, event-driven systems).
  • Build and integrate
    REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, Network APIs, IoT services
    .
  • Work with
    cloud-native architectures
    (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, CI/CD, IaC.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with product to turn requirements into clean technical solutions.
  • Own features from idea → design → implementation → deployment.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience with
    / Python / Go
    (uno va bene, più è meglio).
  • Solid understanding of
    cloud services, microservices, messaging, queues, databases
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD
    .
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver in fast-paced environments.
  • Mentalità ingegneristica:
    debug, measure, improve
    .

Nice to have

  • Experience with
    IoT, MQTT, JSON Schema, Network APIs
    , or distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of
    security best practices
    .
  • Contribution to open-source projects.
