Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rome, with the option for partial remote work. The CTO Assistant will support the Chief Technology Officer in daily operations, contribute to managing technical projects, assist with the development of IT strategies, and ensure alignment of product development with organizational goals. The role involves facilitating communication between the CTO and technical teams, coordinating project timelines, and assisting in technology architecture development to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and Architecture to support the technical aspects of projects and system design
• Capability to write high-quality tech documents
• Capability to assist and control software developers
• Attitude to the continous learning
• Experience in Project Management and Product Development to coordinate tasks, track timelines, and contribute to product innovation
• Knowledge of IT Strategy to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational growth
• Communication and organizational skills to effectively support the CTO and interface with technical teams
• Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment
• PhD or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technologys, or a related field
• Previous experience in the health technology or wellness sectorx is a plus
