Job Description
The candidate will focus his activity to develop the requested skill to operate as specialized technician in Inertial Measurement Unit assembly in Engineering Model Manufacturing Laboratory.
Responsibilities and DutiesAcquire knowhow in I-FOG (Interferometric Fiber Optic Gyroscopes) applied to inertial navigation systemUnderstand procedures and diagnostic methodologies for I-FOGUse an arc fusion splicer and recoater;Use optical instrumentation (optical power meter, polarization existiciton ratio meter, Optical spectrum analyzer).Have a good manual practitioner.Develop optical fiber handling skills.Develop mechanical assembly skills.Work individuallyQualification and SkillsHigh School diploma or Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplinesKnowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel)Self-starter capabilityMultidisciplinary attitude and team working capabilityWork passion, patience and smart learning attitudeFluent knowledge of the Italian language and basic knowledge of the English language
