Business Transformation Senior Professional

Within the Group Chief Transformation Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team Business Transformation (BT), which unit is responsible of driving the implementation of the Group Strategy.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with business and functions stakeholders
- Managing the Group Project portfolio to ensure cohesive and disciplined execution of the Strategic Plan
- Independently structuring and conducting analyses on specific components of strategy definition and development, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Ensuring alignment between Group and Business Units' stakeholders, also partnering with Insurance/(AM) Division(s)
- Fostering change management, collaborating with business owners and functions to adapt approach to each specific context
- Overseeing the execution of the Strategic Plan by managing the strategic project portfolio and key deliverables, by monitoring initiatives advancement and managing escalation to Strategy Implementation Committee (incl. initiatives charters and masterplan, business cases, HR plan, status updates on key KPIs and milestones), and by overseeing the quarterly updates and ongoing evolution of the FastBoard and strategic milestones tracking, including enhancements to processes and formats, and ensure their timely preparation for presentation to top management
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Quantitative Finance or any related field
- 7 years of experience, especially in managing projects (e.g., familiarity and experience with project governance, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration)
- Knowledge and understanding of the
Insurance
Industry (business models, products, and market dynamics) - Strong problem-solving skills (conceptual, analytical and quantitative) and ability to break down complex problems, structure solutions, and drive data-informed decision
- Strong organizational skills (managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously)
Soft skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proactive learner who thrives in dynamic environments and demonstrates intellectual curiosity, openness to feedback, and a continuous drive to improve and innovate
- Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams, building trust, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
- High degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions, and proactively drive initiatives forward without constant supervision
