How you'll live your ambition

You'll navigate the fascinating realm of IT within the IT Digital team at Costa, leaving your mark on our e-Commerce platform's evolution. From our headquarters in Genoa, you'll manage digital projects, align business needs, and ensure high-quality deliveries, shaping the customer journey and leaving your own unique imprint.

Demonstrate your passion

• You will plot the course for the e-Commerce Development Team's success, guiding them to achieve the defined objectives using Agile methodologies and your expertise.
• You'll empower the team's excellence by coordinating the external vendor development group, ensuring the seamless integration of technologies like AEM, Adobe Commerce Cloud, and React.
• Using your outstanding organizational abilities, you'll manage multiple activities, keeping all project phases on the right track.

Get things right

• You will cooperate with the Product Owner to create a detailed roadmap for the e-Commerce platform's future development, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
• You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards, implementing processes, and monitoring performance using relevant metrics and tools.
• Architectural solutions will be coordinated by yourself, facilitating collaboration across IT stakeholders for seamless delivery.

What makes you unique

• You've got a degree in IT, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in global technology programs, demonstrating your expertise in AEM, Adobe Commerce Cloud, and React, PHP, Javascript, cloud technologies, and databases.
• Your outstanding communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex business concepts to technical colleagues.
• Your relational prowess and ability to build strong ties with various corporate stakeholders are instrumental in achieving project goals.
• You're a pro at organizing and managing multiple projects, ensuring no detail is overlooked, and deadlines are met.
• Cloud deployment is second nature to yourself, and you possess excellent understanding and skills in Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• Your fluency in English is a must-have, and we'd love to hear about any additional linguistic talents you bring to the table.
• You're open to diverse perspectives, embracing feedback, and a true team player who motivates others.
