NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for this post is 3 days per week.
This is a Fixed term post for 9 months.

This is a key role within a Community Adult Mental Health Team. As a Nurse Team Leader you will be responsible and accountable for in the delivery of an accessible, high quality and effective service to community mental health patients by working n partnership with patients, MDT, care providers and other agencies. You will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain mental health strategy. You will be required to develop the service in line with envoling change in mental health services and demonstrate profiency and experience
