TECNICO IT/HELP DESK junior

Principali mansioni

La figura, rispondendo direttamente al Titolare, gestirà attività di:

  • assistenza per la risoluzione delle problematiche in particolar modo nell'Area Client e Server. 
  • Effettuerà pertanto assistenza agli utenti circa problematiche Hardware e Software ed installerà e configurerà apparati IT (PC, stampanti, Smartphone, ecc.). 

  • Si occuperà, altresì, di risoluzioni problemi di rete e connettività e si interfaccerà direttamente con la softwarehouse per la gestione delle problematiche software.
    Conoscenze richieste:

  • Ottima conoscenza di Sistemi Operativi Windows (Client / Server),

  • MacOSx base
  • Pacchetto Microsoft Office
  • Gestione Reti (Firewall, Managed Switch, Router, Sistemi wireless) 
  • Nozioni base su Centralini Telefonici
  • Gestione di Software Antivirus
  • Gestione sistemi e flussi di Backup (rsync, WinBackup)
  • Nozioni su ambienti di virtualizzazione VMWARE / HYPERV
  • Conoscenza Active Directory, gestione DNS, Domain Policy
  • Manualità per possibili riparazioni Hardware

  • Conoscenza Excel
    Completano il profilo:

  • Ottime capacità diagnostiche e di Problem Solving

  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
