Cerchiamo una Videomaker con forte attitudine da Content Creator, capace di produrre e montare contenuti video professionali, ottimizzati per i social (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

La figura ideale unisce:


• Competenze avanzate di videomaking e  montaggio


• Creatività digitale e capacità di creare format social efficaci


• Sensibilità estetica nel settore beauty/luxury


• Capacità di supportare la realizzazione di live professionali

Responsabilità principali


• Creare e montare video di alta qualità per campagne, adv e social.


• Adattare contenuti ai formati digitali (Reel, TikTok, Stories, Shorts).


• Sviluppare concept creativi e format originali per i social.


• Collaborare con la Social Media Manager per l'allineamento alla strategia.


• Supportare la produzione delle live del brand, gestendo:


• videocamere


• microfoni


• illuminazione


• qualità dell'immagine durante la diretta


• (Attività secondaria) Realizzare shooting professionali:


• still-life


• texture


• lifestyle


• contenuti visivi per campagne

Requisiti


• Esperienza documentata come videomaker (portfolio obbligatorio).


• Ottima conoscenza di Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve e CapCut Pro.


• Conoscenza operativa di Lightroom e Photoshop (per supporto ai contenuti).


• Capacità di creare contenuti performanti per social e seguire i trend.


• Sensibilità estetica sviluppata nel beauty, fashion o luxury.


• Buon utilizzo di attrezzature video, luci e microfoni.

Plus


• Esperienza con brand beauty o luxury.


• Inglese fluente.


• Competenze di graphic design (Canva, Illustrator).


• Esperienza con camere professionali (Sony/Canon).
