Role Description

We are looking for a 
Sales Operations Specialist

to join our growing team and support our 
Chief Revenue Officer

in all commercial and pre-sales activities.

This is a key role for someone who wants to combine 
analytical thinking, industrial understanding, and customer engagement

in an innovative, international environment.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cagliari.

You will support the CRO in preparing, structuring, and managing sales operations — from prospect analysis to proposal development — ensuring effective coordination between our technical and commercial teams.

Over time, you'll gain direct exposure to customers and develop into a client-facing role.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the CRO in commercial activities and negotiations.
  • Contribute to the identification and profiling of prospects across target markets.
  • Analyze clients' industrial and logistics processes to understand their needs and constraints.
  • Develop commercial proposals under supervision and ensure timely execution of related tasks.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare periodic reports.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in structured industrial environments.
  • Strong command of English.
  • A natural inclination toward commercial and client-oriented activities.
