Focus Farm è una startup che sviluppa, tra le altre cose, una piattaforma di automazione documentale e workflow per il settore legale e finanziario.

La piattaforma permette di automatizzare processi documentali complessi: generazione di atti e contratti, estrazione dati da documenti, applicazione di regole di business, due diligence, reportistica. Il cuore del sistema è un sistema di orchestrazione dei processi basato su AI (LLM e OCR) configurabile tramite editor visuale.

L'offerta principale è in cloud, ma per alcuni clienti enterprise forniamo installazioni on-premise.

Il ruolo

Cerchiamo uno sviluppatore full-stack mid/senior per lavorare su tutte le componenti della piattaforma: dall'interfaccia utente alle integrazioni AI, fino al supporto per i deployment on-premise.

Il lavoro è su una codebase già esistente e in produzione: cerchiamo quindi una persona capace di leggere, capire, migliorare e mantenere sistemi reali.

Attività principali


• Sviluppo e manutenzione frontend / React) e backend (TypeScript, Convex)


• Sviluppo backend e integrazioni: API, servizi esterni, job/batch dove necessario


• Integrazione e ottimizzazione di servizi AI (LLM via Azure OpenAI / Google, OCR)


• Evoluzione dell'editor visuale di workflow


• Supporto tecnico per installazioni on-premise (infrastruttura containerizzata già strutturata e documentata)


• Debug e risoluzione problemi in ambienti di produzione e pre-produzione

Requisiti


• Esperienza mid/senior nello sviluppo web full-stack (indicativamente 3–6+ anni) con React e TypeScript


• Esperienza con TypeScript lato backend ) e integrazioni API


• Capacità di lavorare su codebase esistenti: refactoring, bugfix, miglioramenti incrementali


• Ottime capacità di analisi e debug (riprodurre problemi, isolare cause, fixare con metodo)


• Familiarità con Docker e ambienti containerizzati (incluso troubleshooting)


• Familiarità con ambienti Linux (CLI, concetti base di sistema)


• Autonomia nella ricerca e nella risoluzione di problemi


• Inglese fluente

Costituiscono un plus


• Esperienza con


• Esperienza con Convex (o disponibilità ad imparare rapidamente backend non mainstream)


• Esperienza con reverse proxy (NGINX o equivalente), basi di DNS e certificati TLS/SSL


• Esperienza con workload concorrenti/performance o sistemi batch


• Esperienza con integrazioni AI/LLM (OpenAI/Azure/Google) e pipeline OCR

Full-time, Costo Azienda 30–40k€, commisurata all'esperienza
