La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita presso la nostra Boutique di Venezia e avrà il compito di assistere e orientare il cliente fornendo tutte le indicazioni necessarie sulla qualità e sulle caratteristiche del prodotto.
La risorsa, si occuperà di:
- accogliere ed accompagnare il cliente durante il processo di vendita al fine di garantire il più alto livello di soddisfazione;
- condurre il cliente in un'esperienza d'acquisto che riesca a soddisfarne i desideri e sia in linea con i valori motivazionali che lo spingono all'acquisto;
- contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e dei K.P.I. richiesti;
- realizzare gli obiettivi mensili e stagionali assegnati dall'azienda;
- promuovere e guidare con passione l'immagine del Brand attraverso approfondita conoscenza del prodotto e del visual merchandising, assicurando elevati standard e il rispetto delle linee guida aziendali in ogni momento;
- supervisionare il negozio identificando e risolvendo eventuali problematiche e comunicando le informazioni appropriate allo Store Manager;
- occuparsi dei processi di magazzino ed assicurare che resi e trasferimenti prodotto siano attivati in modo efficace, mantenendo il controllo dello stock del punto vendita in ogni momento.
Profilo
- esperienza nel ruolo e nel settore Fashion Luxury;
- ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, organizzazione, proattività e problem solving;
- disponibilità a lavorare nei week end;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di un ulteriore lingua costituisce un plus.
