Your day to day - Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors to the hotel; - Bidding farewell visitors and guests on departure, wishing them a pleasant journey ahead; - Relieving guests of their luggage on arrival; - Looking after guest luggage from the vehicle and liaise with luggage porters; - Opening cars/taxis doors on guests arrival and departure and offering assistance to seniors, guests with disabilities, children, pregnant women and people carrying heavy loads; - Handling guests requests & queries in a courteous and prompt manner; - Introducing guests by name to reception team members to proceed with check-in; - Assisting guests with taxi requests; - Coordinating valet parking service, to collect and receive guest cars from third-party provider; - Ensuring the hotel forecourt is always clean and entrances are not obstructed in any way; - Reporting to Head Concierge What we need from you - Ability to work under pressure; - At least one year of experience in Luxury Hotels as Doorman - Be the first promoter of hotel services and F&B outlets; - Knowledge of Italian and English language (a third language would be a plus); - B Driving licence required; - Ensuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality.
