Our Financial Advisory Services practice is rapidly growing and has an opening in the Milan office for a lot Junior Consultant.
What will you do?
With a dedicated focus on Financial Due Diligence to advise buyer/seller on negotiations you will:
Learn to prepare and provide high quality financial due diligence reports (English and Italian);
Support in the management of international and local customers and targets;
Interact with the members of the tax, legal and labor Due Diligence team in order to have a 360° view on projects, key issues and risks;
Support in the management of information flows between Mazars and the various parties to a transaction (client, target, investment bank, lawyer) and with other Mazars affiliates during cross-border transactions.
Flexibility is an important asset for us, so the candidate will be involved in Corporate Finance projects as well in order to extend his skills and knowledge.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Economics or similar with good grades;
A short experience in an international Consulting/Audit firm will be a plus;
English fluent, due to the international and multinational context;
Confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of personnel in the business;
Pragmatic with a customer focus;
Team player, but able to work autonomously;
Strong communication, writing and analysis skills;
Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
