WHAT ABOUT THE JOB?

FLAG-MS is looking for a quality engineer to deal with the software development quality aspects according to ASPICE as main task. The quality engineer will also be involved in the team as a responsible for quality improvements compliant with ISO9001 standard.

The quality engineer is expected to ensure the overall quality of manufactured products, test processes, monitor quality standards, create documentation, devise quality tests and define the criteria a test result should meet.

The quality engineer should monitor the quality of a process and play a key role in fixing issues when they arise.

MAIN REQUESTED SKILLS:

  • Monitor the SW development process and ensure it is compliant with ASPICE
  • Make sure that engineering processes is performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes
  • Creation and maintenance of quality documentation
  • Proactive review and improvement of systems and processes to ensure the maintenance of standards
  • Working closely with design and manufacturing staff to ensure quality protocols are followed and documentation is correctly maintained and implement any new changes or adaptations based on a quality review
  • Check that employees are trained to the proper quality standard and that safety requirements are met throughout the production process
  • Analysing problems reported and developing improvements to overcome them
  • Working closely with external partners e.g. suppliers, customers, etc.
  • Continuous improvement of the company processes
  • Reports generation and documentation management
  • Interaction with cross functional engineering teams in the company
  • Take ownership for critical quality issues

CANDIDATE ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Master degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Computer engineering
  • Quality standard (ISO 9001)
  • ASPICE
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues and management to explain complex issues clearly and brief
  • Ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage his own workload
  • Previous experience as quality engineer

CANDIDATE DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Functional Safety knowledge (ISO 26262)
  • Cyber security knowledge (ISO 21434)
  • Information security knowledge (ISO 27001)
  • Experience in product development
